We live in the south of Poland,called (Upper) Silesia near the Czech Republic and not far away from Cracow (the old capital of Poland). My students are eager to start a new project with your students from all over the Europe. Thanks to English they can keep in touch with yours students.

How is "thank you very much" in Polish? And in Romanian? How is it in Silesian? And, what is Silesia, a region? How is so different Hajnel from Henryk? (the name). My students have asked me those questons, this morning, when they saw your post.

In Polish thank you: DZIĘKUJĘ! IN SILESIAn; DZIYNKI! Of course it is slavonic language but we have plenty words from German and sometimes similar to Czech. That's why we are able to understand easier Czech than people from the rest part of Poland. We say ja (yes) from German instead of Polish Tak. For be careful! we say Dej pozor (like Slavonic from the south of Europe) when in Polish it is Uważaj! But of course w live in the south of Poland.
